Hi, I’m James Cameron, and I’m a writer and director, and producer and location manager, based in Melbourne (Naarm).

I love collaborating with creatives to tell stories that have heart and humour at their core. I spent three years developing my writing, acting and producing with the Melbourne Uni Law Revue while completing a Master of Arts and Cultural Management at the University of Melbourne. I’ve written both for theatre and for film, including a hip-hop dance pantomime (as you do).

I’m also a Melbourne (Naarm) based Location Manager, and have loved bringing diverse stories to life on screen. I’ve been fortunate to have worked on locally produced films including Moja Vesna, Petrol, Shayda, Of An Age and Strange Creatures. Prior to that I had a stint at the wonderful Sweetshop & Green Productions.
